Kin Moy is Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, responsible for relations with China, Mongolia, and Taiwan. He entered the Department of State in 1992 and is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service. His previous positions include Deputy Executive Secretary in the Office of Secretary of State Clinton, Director of the Executive Secretariat Staff, Deputy Director of the Office of Maritime Southeast Asia, and various overseas assignments in China and Korea. Mr. Moy graduated from Columbia University and the University of Minnesota.
