In Kazakhstan Special Representative Pandith led an NGO roundtable in Shymkent; met with imams; held a dinner with bloggers; visited with students at the Kazakh-Turkish University and Sana Sezim, a youth NGO; led a discussion with children at the Youth Leadership Camp; and toured four public organizations aimed at promoting democracy.
