Special Envoy Rosenthal hosted a presentation by Robi Damelin and Seham Abu Awwad of the Parents’ Circle in the historic Treaty Room of the U.S. Department of State. The Parents’ Circle is a non-profit organization made up of Israeli and Palestinian members, all of whom have lost loved ones in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. They have come together, united in their grief, with the common goal of reconciliation, knowing that it is vital to lasting peace. The Parents’ Circle inspirational message was shared by Robi and Seham through their personal stories of loss and healing.
