Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton traveled to Geneva, Switzerland Feb. 27-28. While in Geneva, she held consultations with her counterparts on the situation in Libya, and events and trends in the broader Middle East. She also addressed the high-level segment of the 16th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
