Tuyet “Snow” N. Massingill is a visual information specialist in the Office of Fraud Prevention Programs, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/FPP). She is responsible for collecting and maintaining a library of foreign travel documents from all over the world and U.S. exemplars (passports, visas, and documents issued by other federal agencies).
As the longest serving member (22 years) of CA/FPP, Snow works with all four divisions in preparation of training materials on fraud preventions.
