Ms. Kathleen Wu directs global entrepreneurship initiatives and activities in developing countries. She also directs programs that provide a wide range of technical assistance worldwide related in economic growth.
Previously, she was the Deputy Director for the Office of South and Central Asia Affairs at USAID. Ms. Wu worked in multiple countries including Pakistan where she headed the Economic Growth Office in developing/adjusting new economic growth strategies that were adapted to Pakistan's dynamic, complex environment, guiding the $300 million economic growth portfolio through an incredibly turbulent period. She was part of the teams strategizing President Obama's visit to Burma, India, and Indonesia and USG assistance to these countries.
