As a lead producer for the State Department’s Bureau of International Information Programs, she produces dynamic public diplomacy video content for audiences all around the world. Her most notable work includes the video, 'A Living Dream' that celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s I have a Dream Speech. She is passionate about creating videos that engage foreign audiences and advance the State Department’s public diplomacy efforts.

Prior to joining the State Department, Rebecca was the director of production for the Washington Redskins and executive producer for Seven10 Productions. She holds a B.A. in business communications from George Mason University.

As a second generation Pacific Islander, Rebecca proudly celebrates Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month!
