George, Ambassador of the Federated States of Micronesia; Her Excellency Glenda Morean-Phillip, Ambassador of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago; Her Excellency La Celia Aritha Prince, Ambassador of St. Vincent and the Grenadines; His Excellency Husain Haqqani, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; His Excellency David Mohlomi Rantekoa, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Lesotho; His Excellency Ichiro Fujisaki, Ambassador of Japan; His Excellency Antoine Chedid, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic.
