Photo: United States and Mexico Hold Eighth HLCC Meeting

The Eighth Meeting of the United States-Mexico High Level Consultative Commission (HLCC) on Telecommunications was held in Washington DC on July 17. The U.S. delegation was headed by Ambassador David A. Gross, Coordinator for International Communications and Information Policy in the U.S. Department of State. The Mexican delegation was led by Jorge Alvarez Hoth, Under Secretary of Communications in the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT).
