Assistant Secretary of State for Educational and Cultural Affairs Patricia Harrison visits Russia where she delivers Opening Plenary Session remarks to the "Preparing for the Next Decade of U.S. Exchanges with Russia" symposium; signs a joint statement to strengthen bilateral cooperation in culture and education; and meets with teachers and students of Russia.
