The U.S. Embassy in Tallinn, Estonia, invited foreign officials and others to events after the U.S. election on November 2, 2004. Such events provided a forum for discussion of U.S. election processes and democracy in the United States. In the foreground (left to right), Urve Tiidus, a television news anchor from Estonia’s Channel 2, and Sulev Valner, Program Director of Estonian Radio, speak with U.S. Ambassador Aldona Wos and the embassy public affairs officer.
