Admiral Thomas Collins, U.S. Coast Guard Commandant, visited Iceland July 1-2, 2005, as the guest of Interior Minister Bjorn Bjarnason and Coast Guard Director Georg Larusson, for informal consultations aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation on maritime safety, security, and environmental protection.
