U.S. Ambassador Robert P. Finn speaks with the Governor of Afghanistan's Central Bank, Dr. Anwar-ul-Haq Ahady, after the two signedan agreement that provides $80,000 to the Da Afghanistan Bank to improvethe tranfer of funds between Afghanistan and the rest of the internationalcommunity, and to establish communications between the Bank's headquartersin Kabul and its offices in Herat, Kandahar, Nangarhar and Mazar-e-Sharif.
