The U.S. Agency for International Development's Mission Director (left) Craig Buck and the Governor of Afghanistan's Central Bank, Dr. Anwar-ul-Haq Ahady, after signing an agreement under which USAID will provide the Bank with $80,000 to facilitate the transfer of money between Afghanistan and the international community and to establish communications between the Bank's headquarters in Kabul and its offices in Herat, Kandahar, Nangarhar and Mazar-e-Sharif
