Mr. Torres works currently at the Bureau of Consular Affairs-Passport Services. He is the Division Chief in the Office of Adjudication-Oversight Division. He joined the Department’s Office of the Inspector General in 2000 as a management analyst. He later joined the Office of Inspections (ISP) in 2001 as a management inspector. Robert has inspected all areas of management in over 50 overseas posts and domestic bureaus. In 2001, he assisted the Inspector General and three assistant inspector generals on a special inspection requested by the U.S. Congress. Robert was Acting Division Chief for Human Resources in the Bureau of Administration in 2008.
