During his remarks, Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns announced that Secretary Clinton will visit Brasilia next month for a summit that will advance shared values of openness, accountability, and intolerance for corruption - the Open Government Partnership - launched by the Brazilian and U.S. Presidents last September in New York.
