Allridge is a victim assistant specialist in the Bureau of Consular Affairs where she supports consular staff with crime victim educational programs, delivers presentations to members of professional organizations, Congressional staff members, visiting foreign delegations, and citizens groups about criminal justice issues for U.S citizens living, traveling, studying, or working overseas. Ms. Allridge has done temporary duty assignments overseas to support the Consular Affairs Bureau’s mission and provides technical training overseas and consultations to consular staff on U.S. Department of State policy guidance on crime victims’ issues.

Prior to joining the Department of State, Ms. Allridge worked in Virginia for the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Loudoun County as a senior victim assistance specialist. She was a member of various community and interagency coalitions on domestic violence and gang- related crimes. She worked as a legal advocate for the Victim Assistance Center in York Pennsylvania and as a legal advocate for the Widener Family Law Clinic where she worked on implementing protective orders and legal services to victims of domestic abuse. She started her career with the Justice Department in Puerto Rico where she managed the Western Regional Victim Witness Unit.

Ms. Allridge is participating in the Graduate School USA Executive Leadership Program she is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Federal Executives and the Department of State Hispanic Employees Council of Foreign Affairs Agencies (HECFAA).

Ms. Allridge earned a juris doctor from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico Law School and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
