INL is developing law enforcement institutions in Lebanon that are responsive to the people they serve. Through partnership with host government institutions, our programs help build partner capacity to preserve justice and the rule of law, fight the production and trafficking and of illicit narcotics and the effects of drug addiction. On September 15, 2010, two classes graduated at the Lebanese Internal Security Force Academy.

After the marching during the graduation ceremony, General Soussi and Jeremy Cornforth are handing out the certificates to the Cadets.
