Iraq Program Director Virginia Ramadan (second from left) met with over 28 police agencies at an International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) conference to discuss recruitment for the Iraq Police Development Program. INL-I is currently recruiting active and retired U.S. officers as it builds its team of advisors to serve one-year missions in Iraq.
