Special Representative for Global Intergovernmental Affairs Reta Jo Lewis attended the 104th Annual NGA meeting in Williamsburg, VA. The meeting brought governors together to discuss important issues facing states. Job creation and economic growth remained at the forefront of the governors’ agendas.
