Marine Corps Sergeant Christopher McFadden is a visa specialist in the Public Inquiries División, Office Public & Diplomatic Liaison, Bureau of Consular Affairs, U.S. Department of State. Christopher been with the Department since 2004 and is key member of a specialized team that assists more than one million applicants per year with complex visa questions and cases.
From February 2000 – November 2004, Chris served the United States Marine Corps with distinction earning the Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, National Defense, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Navy Unit Commendation, for his service in Kuwait and Iraq.
Chris' hobbies include coaching his sons' wrestling team, doing yard work, and grilling on the BBQ.
