Andrew Klimkowski served ten years in the United States Air Force/New Jersey Air National Guard as a crew chief for KC-135E/R aircraft. Andrew was mobilized shortly after September 11, 2001 for Operation Noble Eagle in support of fighter caps over New York and Washington, DC. In response to the terrorist attacks, he deployed with his unit to the Oman Desert for Operation Enduring Freedom in support of coalition aircraft. Andrew was also mobilized in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and his unit was based in Europe.
Andrew is a 2009 graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a bachelor of arts degree and pursuing a master’s of public administration degree at Norwich University. He joined the Department of State in 2011 as a program analyst in the IRM Strategic Planning Office.
