  • date of birth
  • identification number (driver's license with state, passport with nationality, or other government-issued ID)
  • affiliation
  • days of attendance (first, second, or both)

    The deadline to register for the conference is close of business Thursday, October 19, 2007.

    Those attending the conference should arrive well before the sessions begin in order to obtain the badge required for entrance into the Department of State.
