Hi! We're the State Department's Public Affairs Bureau and our mission is to inform you, the American people, and the world about America's foreign policy. As Secretary Kerry said, foreign policy is no longer foreign. In this interconnected world, what happens abroad matters to us here at home. So view us at the State Department as your window into American diplomacy, into U.S. foreign policy and you can do that in a variety of ways if you want to become informed and engaged. You can follow us on Twitter. You can participate in one of our Facebook chats. Or you could watch our Daily Press Briefing, Monday through Friday, which we live stream. Or, if you happen to be in Washington, you could come to one of our Foreign Policy Classrooms. We'd love to see you. So come to www.state.gov. We look forward to having a conversation with you.
