Ambassador Teresita Schaffer, Director of the South Asia Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, held a conversation with Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of South and Central Asia Affairs Robert Blake on the U.S.-India relations after the June 3 Strategic Dialogue.
