Afternoon access times for Council of Americas event is as follows:
Afternoon pre-set time for cameras:  1:00 p.m. from the 23rd Street entrance
Final afternoon access time for all press:  1:45 p.m. from the 23rd Street entrance

SPECIAL EVENT:
11:15 a.m.   Deputy Secretary of State James B. Steinberg will deliver remarks at the Council of the Americas’ 39th annual Washington Conference on the Americas: Renewing the Promise of Prosperity.
Morning and afternoon sessions of the conference are OPEN to press coverage and will be held in the Loy Henderson Conference Room.
Morning pre-set time for cameras:  7:30 a.m. from the 23rd Street entrance
Final morning access time for all press:  8:15 a.m. from the 23rd Street entrance
Afternoon pre-set time for cameras:  1:00 p.m. from the 23rd Street entrance
