Under Secretary Hormats travels to China and Vietnam from April 6-13 for bilateral meetings and to participate in the Bo’ao Forum for Asia (the Chinese Davos Forum).
ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR WESTERN HEMISPHERE AFFAIRS ARTURO VALENZUELA
Assistant Secretary Valenzuela travels the week of April 5 to Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. In Colombia, Assistant Secretary Valenzuela delivers remarks at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá and participates in the World Economic Forum in Cartagena. He will conclude his trip in Peru, where he will meet with high-level government officials, political and economic analysts, and visit alternative development projects in San Martín.
