Under Secretary Kennedy travels to Beijing April 19-22, Seoul April 22-25 and Hanoi April 25-26.  In Beijing, Under Secretary Kennedy is addressing the Bureau of East Asian Policy’s Management Officers’ Conference and is meeting with Chinese Officials to discuss Bilateral Property Issues.


UNDER SECRETARY FOR DEMOCRACY AND GLOBAL AFFAIRS MARIA OTERO
