Assistant Secretary Valenzuela travels to China from August 16 to 20 for the fourth round of U.S.-China sub-dialogues on Latin America.  In Beijing and Shanghai, Assistant Secretary Valenzuela will meet with senior government officials, journalists, business leaders, prominent academics, and others.
