Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Philip Gordon

Assistant Secretary Gordon travels to Bulgaria, Greece, and Slovakia through March 4.

On March 1, Assistant Secretary Gordon is in Sofia, Bulgaria to meet with senior Bulgarian government officials. 

On March 2, Assistant Secretary Gordon will be in Athens, Greece to meet with senior Greek government officials and political leaders. On March 3, Assistant Secretary Gordon will conclude his trip in Bratislava, Slovakia.  He will deliver a keynote address on the U.S.-Central European relationship at the annual Slovak government-hosted GLOBSEC security conference.  Assistant Secretary Gordon will also hold bilateral discussions with senior Slovak government officials and key officials from other states in the region.
