In Stuttgart, June 21-22, he will be consulting with U.S. European Command and U.S. African Command. Finally, he will travel to Baku to observe Northern Distribution Network sites on June 22 and lead the U.S. delegation to the U.S.-Azerbaijan political-military talks in Baku on June 23.
