Secretary Powell Travels to France and The Balkans

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will travel April 11-13 to France and the Balkan region to participate in bilateral and multilateral discussions on Balkans issues.

The Secretary will depart the U.S. on April 10 for Paris, France, to attend a meeting of the Contact Group on the Balkans on April 11.

The Secretary will travel to Skopje, Macedonia on April 12. Foreign Minister Srgjan Kerim will host a meeting of regional foreign ministers, which the Secretary will attend while in Skopje.
