China - MMCA Terms of Reference

QUESTION: Have the terms of reference of the MMCA meeting been passed to the Chinese? When, where, and by whom, and what was the response?

ANSWER: No, the terms of reference have not been passed to the Chinese. They are still being developed within the U.S. Government.

For further information regarding the Military Maritime Consultative Agreement (MMCA) and any working group meetings, please contact the Department of Defense.
