Fulbright New Century Scholars Program to be Launched, Scholars from 19 Countries to be Announced

The first Fulbright New Century Scholars will be named at a press briefing on Wednesday, October 3, at 9:30 a.m., at the National Press Club (Edward R. Murrow Room), at 14^th and F Streets, NW, Washington, DC. The 30 leading academic and professional experts from the United States and 18 other countries will focus as a team for one year on "Challenges of Health in a Borderless World" and ways to achieve good health for all people worldwide.
