Question: Will Ambassador Dobbins lead the U.S. delegation to the assumption of power by the Afghan Interim Authority on December 22? Who will comprise the delegation?

Answer: Ambassador Dobbins, along with members of the U.S. Liaison Office in Kabul, will attend the ceremonies marking the assumption of power by the Afghan Interim Authority on December 22.
