Palestinian/Israeli Situation: Oversight Team?

Question:  Is the United States planning on sending an oversight team to the Middle East to assist and report on Palestinian reform efforts? 

Answer:   As the President said on June 24, the U.S. and the world will actively support real Palestinian reform efforts.  We will be looking to the parties, the Arab world, and our friends in the international community to contribute to these efforts and we expect our bilateral and multilateral discussions in the coming weeks with help develop a clear, cooperative approach.
