The President's Council of Advisers on Science and Technology (PCAST)

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will deliver remarks to The President’s Council of Advisers on Science and Technology (PCAST) on Monday, September 30, 2002, at 10:00 a.m. in the Loy Henderson Auditorium of the U.S. Department of State, 2201 C Street NW, Washington, DC.

This event is OPEN for press coverage.

Pre-set time for cameras:            8:15 a.m.
Final access time for all press:  9:45 a.m.
Press entrance: 23rd Street NW, between C and D Streets
