Ukraine: Travel of Experts to Ukraine

QUESTION:  When do you anticipate that U.S. experts will travel to Kiev to investigate whether Kolchuga systems were sold or transferred to Iraq?   

ANSWER:  We are in the process of assembling an interagency team of experts to meet with the Government of Ukraine.  We anticipate that the team will depart for Kiev sometime next week.
