Secretary of State Powell to Deliver the Keynote Address to the Overseas Security Advisory Council 17th Annual Briefing

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will deliver the keynote address at the 17th Annual Overseas Security Advisory Council Briefing on Thursday, November 14, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in the Dean Acheson Auditorium. This morning session of the annual briefing is open for press coverage. The event begins at 8:00 a.m., and the schedule is as follows:

Media representatives may cover this event upon presentation of either (1) a US Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a photo ID issued by the employing media organization, or (3) a letter on official letterhead from their news organization verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo ID (drivers’ license or passport).
