Visit of Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to Canada

Secretary of State Powell will undertake a one-day trip to Ottawa, Canada, on Thursday, November 14, for the purpose of consulting on a broad range of issues of mutual concern with one of our closest allies and best friends. Secretary Powell will meet with his counterpart, Foreign Minister William Graham, and attend a luncheon hosted by the Foreign Minister and attended by other Canadian officials.

The Press Office is notifying those news organizations being offered a seat under the permanent rotation system.
