Meeting of U.S.-Israel Joint Political Military Group

The United States hosted the 35th meeting of the U.S.-Israel Joint Political Military Group at the State Department in Washington, DC, November 14-15.  

Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs Lincoln Bloomfield, Jr. led the U.S. delegation.  Ministry of Defense Director General Amos Yaron led the Israeli delegation.

During the 2-day meeting, the U.S. and Israel exchanged views on regional security matters and discussed defense issues of mutual interest.
