Colombia: The Pending Extradition of Victor Patino Fomeque

Q. How does the State Department view the recent statement by the Colombian Government, announcing the extradition of Victor Patino Fomeque to the United States?

Answer: We are pleased by the announced extradition of Mr. Patino Fomeque to the United States. The Colombian Government’s intention to extradite Mr. Patino Fomeque to the United States is an example of the outstanding law enforcement cooperation between our two countries.
