A gospel extravaganza is planned for Thursday, February 21, 2002, in the Dean Acheson Auditorium of the Department of State’s Harry S. Truman Building, from 11:00 a.m. to Noon. The two featured choirs will be Phillip Freeman and the Victorious Praise Singers and Alvin Williams and Great Change; both enjoy a large following in the Washington, D.C. area.
