Rewards for Justice Program: Reward Offered for Information Leading to Arrest or Conviction in Daniel Pearl Murder Case

The United States is outraged by the senseless murder of Daniel Pearl and condemns it in the strongest terms.

Today, we are announcing an up to $5 million reward for information leading to the arrest or conviction in any country of those responsible for the kidnapping and murder of Daniel Pearl.

We have posted this reward offer on the Rewards for Justice web site (www.rewardsforjustice.net). We also will advertise this reward offer in Pakistan in the near future.

Both the United States and Pakistan are firmly committed to identifying all the perpetrators involved in Mr. Pearl’s murder and bringing them to justice.

Persons wishing to report information about the murderers of Daniel Pearl, the groups involved, other terrorist attacks, or the planning of future terrorist attacks against U.S. persons or property should contact the authorities or the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. In the United States, people are urged to contact the nearest FBI office or the Bureau of Diplomatic Security via any one of the following avenues:

Internet: http://www.rewardsforjustice.net/

Telephone: 1-800-USREWARDS (U.S. only)
