Change In Time -- Release of the International Narcotics Control Strategy Report

The 2001 International Narcotics Control Strategy Report will not/not be available for release on CD-ROM at 9 am, March 1 as originally announced.  A Notice to the Press advising when and where the reports will be available will be issued as soon as a release time is scheduled.
