Release of the International Narcotics Control Strategy Report

The 2001 International Narcotics Control Strategy Report will be publicly released on CD-ROM at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1.

EMBARGOED copies of the report are available now in the State Department’s Press Office (Room 2109) on a first-come, first-served basis, only one CD-ROM per media organization; the embargo is lifted at 3:30 p.m.  The CD-ROMs must be picked up in person at the Press Office; they will not be mailed.  Any courier sent to collect a copy must have media identification to be admitted into the building.  Journalists and couriers are reminded to enter through the 23rd Street Lobby.

The full text of the report will also be available for downloading from the State Department web site at: http://www.state.gov at 3:30 p.m. on March 1.
