Question: Will the Vietnamese Montagnard Refugees’ family members be able to join them after being resettled in the United States? Answer: Yes, those who are accompanied by family members would be resettled with them in the United States. If their immediate family members are not with them, once in the U.S., the resettled refugee would be able to file a "following to join" petition ("Visas 93") for a spouse and/or unmarried minor children. |
