| Notice to the Press Office of the Spokesman Washington, DC February 28, 2003 Release of the International Narcotics Control Strategy ReportCD-ROM copies of the 2002 International Narcotics Control Strategy Report will be available on Friday, February 28 at 4:00 p.m. in the State Department’s Press Office (Room 2109). The report is EMBARGOED until NOON, Saturday, March 1.
The report is available on a first-come, first-served basis, only one CD-ROM per media organization. The CD-ROMs must be picked up in person at the Press Office; they will not be mailed or delivered to a courier at any entrance. At 4:00 p.m., journalists and couriers must use the C Street entrance and must have a State Department building pass for clearance to the Press Office.
Members of the foreign media may obtain the EMBARGOED CD-ROM at 4:00 p.m. from the Washington Foreign Press Center, Suite 800, National Press Building, 529 14th Street, N.W.
