Secretary of State Colin L. Powell To Address The American Israel Public Affairs Committee

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will address the American Israel Public Affairs Committee Policy Conference 2003 on “Israel, America and a Changing Middle East,” Sunday, March 30, 2003 at 9:00 p.m. at the Hilton Washington and Towers, 1919 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. While his remarks are open for press coverage, Secretary Powell will not be taking questions.
