Under Secretary Dobriansky to Address Women Transition Conference

Under Secretary of State for Global Affairs Paula Dobriansky will speak on "Women and Transition to Democracy: Afghanistan, Iraq and Beyond," at Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute and Heritage Foundation on Friday, April 11 at 12 noon. The event will take place in the Van Andel Conference Room, 214 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Washington DC.
